Can't send mail.

An unknown error has occurred. Subject 'none', Account: 'mail.htc.net',
Server: 'mailout.htc.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550 Barracuda
Central, Listed in barracudacentral.org', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server
Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC69 This is the message that I get when I
try to send email.Has anyone had this error?
 
Have you ever been able to send mail from that account with those settings?
 
The reference to Barracudacentral.org means that your computer's
IP address is listed on a spamming list. Call your provider (HTC).
