Error During Installation

During installation, it says it's installing windows, but after 12% a window
pops up and says error 80070241. What does this mean. Should I burn another
DVD at the unreasonable 1x for better quality or is it something to do with
my hard drive?

If the MD5 does not verify then you will need to download again or you will
get the same error.
