Error Copying File or Folder

While in Windows Explorer.

I will try to move a folder.

The dialog box that pops up says:

"Error Copying File or Folder."

"Cannot create or replace "Your Folder Name Her" Access is denied."

"Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not
currently being used."

It is occurring on an XP machine with NTFS. The machine in questions fully
patched up. All available updates. I am the administrator and have full
rights. The machine is not the member of a Domain. I have gone to
"Start/Control Panel/Appearance and Themes/Folder Options/View(tab)" and
have enabled and also disabled the "Simple File Sharing" I have gone to
the folder and unchecked the read only box in properties only to have the
machine reset properties for all folders and file below. Alas, even that
has had no change.

While searching for the answer to my question I found this,
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=KB;EN-US;298345
Now isn't this nice. Recognition of a problem yet without resolution.

Thank you all for allowing me to vent. And now after breakfast I will
resume my search for a resolution.

Oh, and by the way. The problem is inconsistent. If you will try to move
the file/folder at different times of day or repeatedly during the same
session you may be met with a variety of results!

I am the Administrator. I am the only user set upon the machine.
