Error connecting to the Mail Server at office (remotely)

pop.business.earthlink.net (incoming)
smtp.comcast.net (outgoing)

I am unable to send mails out, but getting all incoming mails correctly.
 
Are you on Comcast's network in the office? If not, you probably can't use
their SMTP server from there.
