A dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routing
failed. I GET THIS EVERY TIME I SIGN ON...ANYONE KNOW
WHAT IT MEANS OR HOW TO FIX IT?

nvcpl.dll is the nVidia Control Panel. All you need to do is to reinstall
the driver for your nVidia video card.
