Error code when trying to publish a website through FP 03

I've Just finished designing my website , and found that when I try to
publish it I get the following error codes:-
'500 POPORT ........... command not understood ' &
'500 LPT ..................................... command not understood .
I have published ok in the past. Could this be something to do with the
recent automatic updates that i have received from microsoft over the net.
I Hope someone has the answer

Have you checked with your web host to see if anything's changed on their
end?

Can you open your site on the live/remote server directly in
FP using File Menu | Open Site or via IE using File Menu | Edit with FP?
