Windows Vista error code-OXOOOOOO7A

I have windows home premium and have just started having a crash dump problem and the error code is Stop:OXOOOOOO7A(OXCO604OOO,OXCOOOOOOE,OX1E69E880,OXCO8OOOOO. i NEED SOME GUIDANCE PLEASE. I have mixed readings and have installed a Ati radeon graphics card recently and don't know if that is the problem or not. Can someone help me with this or at leasst point me in the right direction.

It would probably indicate a driver issue with the new ATI - did this only start happening when the new card was installed? Would probably recommend booting up in safe mode(F8 on startup) and then removing the graphics card driver/software and then seeing if pc boots.
