Error Code and Unfamiliar Name before my E-mail address

How can I send messages with the following error code:

The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'yahoo.com', Server:
'yahoo.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error:
10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

Also how can I remove an unfamiliar name before my e-mail address.

The free US-based Yahoo accounts only offer webmail access.

Windows Mail can only access POP3 and IMAP accounts.
