Error Code:0xc0000005 in Eudora

Unable to open up Eudora. I cannot get on line without the
error.Fault address: 7d6ee2b1 01:0024d2b1 C:\WINDOWS\
System\mshtml.dll There is a 32 page error from the CPU.
I still able to use Outlook with no problem.

Can someone help? Thanks!
