Access Violation Code: 0xc0000005

Cannot access my e-mail without error in Outlook or Eudora, without error
shutting
down e-mail. Fault address: 7d6ee2b1 01:0024d2b1 C:\WINDOWS\System32\
mshtml.dll

Anyone know how to fix?
