I've tried setting up my WM account. My mail comes in from the SBC global
account but I can send nothing out. Can anyone point me in the right
direction?
The right direction first would be for you to post the complete error message which
contains the 0x800ccc0E error code

Right-click on your error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.
