error "Class not registered"

Spike

When I try to play the game Final Fantasy 11 It starts to
load up, then exits and gives me the message "class not
registered" I have tried everything to fix this. And the
FF11 tech support said this was microsofts problem. Are
they stupid, or are they right? Someone please help me! I
need to fix this, and I've tried everything!

Hi Spike,

There are a few suggestions here:

Looks like it's going to require a lot of patience to go through it though..

people said to go to installshield, and i've been there a

started to do this recently FF11 tech support said this
was "microsofts problem" Please help me fix this, im

Hi Spike,

Since it just started doing this recently, let's go back to a restore
point close to the time before it started.
