Final Fantasy XI

I've been having problems staying in my games for periods of time, i usually
do my things log into the internet, start POL and enter my password and
Select my Charcater and start playing the game and within 30 mins my screen
goes black and and a error box pops up saying POL.EXE has encountered an
error and must close, so i click send to microsoft and i go back to my
desktop. I try to go back into my game and after 5 mins into playing it does
it again.

Here is the error i get from Event Viewer:
Faulting application pol.exe, version 1.16.3.0, faulting module
ffximain.dll, version 3.0.0.0, fault address 0x0004253c.

I get this error like 10 times within 30 to 50 mins, i tried checking
software issues and hardware, but im stumped can anyone help me.

I own a AMD 3000+ 2.16 GHz 512mb Ultra Memory, Motherboard 7NJL6 Nvidia
nforce2 Ultra 400+MCP-S, Use a SoundBLaster Live Card, 20gig
harddrive(western digital) Video Card is a FX5200 128mb Brand with newests
drivers, 400 power supply.

Before i started having this trouble, i had none final fantasy xi had a
driver update or a fix update and after that i would get windows restarts and
computer restarts, so i call Final Fantasy Tech support and they told me to
go back to 55.64 drivers from Nvidia and disable all startup programs and
change a few settings on my final fantasy Config. and Everything went well
for a month and now it keeps crashing my POL.Exe as i stated above, i just
play for 30mins or more and i crash with a black screen and i get the
microsoft error window saying an error has occur and needs to shut off and
back to my desktop.

Is there any programs out there, that i can run during when im playing my
game so it can pick up the error i get so i can figure what to do next,
because other then this problem, i dont have any other problems only this one.

As this has seemingly just started happening recently I'd use System Restore
to go back to when it was working, you'll probably find it was another piece
of software or a driver that has caused the upset.

To use System Restore (assuming it hasn't been disabled) browse to Start ->
All Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> System Restore.

The wizard will then pop up and show a calendar of restore points. Go back
to a point you think pre-dates the problems. You won't lose any documents
or e-mails in the restore, but any applications installed after will
probably need to be reinstalled.

Keep track of any applications/drivers/updates you install after that point
for a while to see if you can work out what is causing the application to
fail.
