Error - Cannot Find '/idlist,:540:200

Everytime I boot my laptop I get the following error.

Windows cannot find '/idlist,:540:208 Make sure you typed the name
correctly ...... Then the WIndows Explorer opens.

Any ideas how to fix this?

You might want to try some clean boot troubleshooting to see what
program/service is behind the issue.
