Error Applying SP1a

I'm trying to apply xpsp1a_en_x86.exe. But I keep
getting an error:

**Service Pack 1 Setup Error**
The file c:\program files\movie maker\wmmutil.dll is open
or in use by another application.
Close all other applications and then click Retry

I have all apps closed. I've never used movie maker.
Any ideas what processes are blocking?

Hello,

Please press Ctrl+Alt+Del to bring up the Task
Manager. Here look for the file wmmutil.dll and/or any
other files associated with the Movie Maker program. As
you mentioned, you had never used this program, but
another program may had opened it at one time without you
realizing it. If you see any associatd files, delete
them and then try to download SP1a again.
