error 8519 and 8520

After installining Defender (Beta 2),
I have 2 errors when I boot my computer(W2K)
1.) W3DBSMGR(5.11.1.14): error 8519-a fatal error occurred when loading the
SDRE engine.
2.) W3DBSMGR(5.22.1.18) error 8520-a time out occurred during the
initialization of SDRE engine

8519: A fatal error occurred when loading the SRDE
In its attempt to auto-load the SQL Relational Database Engine (SRDE), the
application failed to load the file, W3ODBCEI.DLL. This may have been
caused by a missing W3ODBCEI.DLL.

8520: A timeout occurred during the initialization of the SRDE module

The application timed out during the initialization of the SQL relational
database engine module. This may have been caused by a bad SRDE
configuration option or a malfunction of the Workgroup engine


Googling these error messages provides this suggestionate: Mon, Apr 23
2001
It looks you have a very early version of Pervasive.SQL 2000 (before SP2a),
right? Suggest to upgrade to latest SP3.

Thanks Dave, infact we are noted for earlier versions of everything, We are
using Pervasive SQL 2000. I'll try to upgrade.
