error 85

i am running into problem wit error 85 local device
already inused, but those drive are network drive.

the second problem i have is that i can ping any where
internal netowrk but i can access the internet. can you
one help and give some explaination.

Not sure what you're asking - you're trying to map a drive and are getting
'letter in use' errors? How are you mapping the drives - login script? If
so, use /persistent:no at the end of the net use command

Also, I presume you mean you can't access the Internet - if you aren't using
a proxy server, make sure your default gateway address is the LAN IP of your
Internet router.
