system error 85

hi to all,
i have a client that receives "system error 85 has occurred. the local
device name is already in use." error message. i tried to change the letters
in the login script but it didn't help.
any idea?

I'm not sure I have a solution but I may have a suggestion or two.

A user's home drive is mapped before any login script runs. Could there be
a conflict there?

Another thing to try might be to use nonpersistent connections in the login
script - by adding a '/persistent:no' to the login script command that maps
the drive.
