error 80070571

hi,
i m using windows 2000 server. after running the media
files of few CDs i m getting an error of invalid path or
file name with an error id 80070571. this error is also
coming while using the same CDs in winXp platform but
these CDs are running smoothly on win98.not only the files
are not running on win2000 and XP platform, but while
copying any file from those CDs i m getting an error of
file or data structure corrupted.
if any body can help me, pls emaik me the solution.

Is it a burned cd? Does the Win98 machine have a burner, and do the Win2k and XP machines have burners

thats all I can think of, maybe you need to close the burn session on the burnt cd,......
