Error 783 at Sharing Dial-up connection

Running, simple dial-up connection , wanna using of a
laptop winXp connecting to other computer win2k through a
network cable.
When I try to configure Sharing Internet I get this
message:

Error 783: Internet Connection Sharing cannot be enabled?

Pls Help me.
