Error 775: Call blocked by remote computer! what now?!

i keep getting this error message when i try to dial up
to my ISP! Ive done all the standard checks with the
cables and the call waiting etc. so everything is fine.

i beleive there is a virus,although im not sure! Somebody
please suggest a solution!
