Error 721

Hi
I have the new Vista Home Premium and when I boot up I can get on the
internet with no problem, I have Tiscali Broadband. However later after
doing other things I try to log on but I get the error message Error 721 the
remote computer did not respond. I turn everything off and re-boot and all
is well. This is very annoying and I wonder if one of you very knowledgeable
people could help me. My modem is a Speed touch supplied by my ITP.
