error 721 vpn

I have just changed ISP from cable modem to DSL. Now, my
VPN does not work. Again, nothing else has changed, same
computer, same vpn connection... I now click on the the
desktop shortcut and get error 721. Any advice??

Make sure your DSL router and ISP are allowing TCP port 1723 and IP Protocol

(GRE).
