Error 720 -

Hello:

I am troubleshooting dial up connection in windows XP.
The modem dials, verifies username and password and then
disconnects just as the "Registering computer on network"
dialog appears. It shows error 720.

I tried different approaches. Apparently, you cannot re-
istall TCP IP under XP.

Anyone had this problem?

I would appreciate your assistance.

I am having the same issue--the KB articles on this issue
only addres mismatches between requested and available
protocols--but in this case the only requested (and
available) protocol is TCP/IP...

Any assistance is appreciated.
