error 503 - no recipients

Whenever I try to send an email from a specific account on Outlook2003 i get
the error 503 - No recipients message.

I know there isn't a problem with the recipient's email address - so why
will it not send?

I don't know if this applies BUT we converted a client to SSL and he got the
same message. The resolution was to check settings, advanced, and enable SSL
and then change the outbound port to 465.
