ERROR 406 = THE RESOURCE CANNOT BE DISPLAYED

This is the message that one of my friends gets when he tries to open a page

Thank you for your answer, but I don't think this is my case. I found a
solution: instead of
http://www.skype.com/ my friend wrote http://www.skype.com/index.html and
it works/
