XML page cannot be displayed

When attempting to access the URL

http://www.digitalretouch.org/3edition/downloads/ch_08/ch8_hand_color_types.psd

"I get the message: The XML page cannot be displayed
Cannot view XML input using style sheet. Please correct the error and then
click the Refresh button, or try again later.


An invalid character was found in text content. Error processing resource
'http://www.digitalretouch.org/3edition/downloads..."


I get the same message running IE 6 on Windows 2000 platform with all
updates or and on a Windows XP running IE 7.

Is the problem on my end or the host site?

Hello,

I get the same error.

This seems to be a server configuration problem (host site issue).

The file was probably not uploaded to the site properly by the webmaster.
