error 231

getting error 231 on my laptop,using xp home operating
sys. message reads as follows: "could not start the
wireless windows zero configuration service on local
computer. error 231: all pipe instances are busy." Can't
get wireless card to connect to router.

Are you sure you have the latest drivers for the card? If yes, or if you
install later drivers and it doesn't resolve the issue, you might want to
try this on the wireless networking board. Go to the following link, click
the plus sign next to Being Productive and select Wireless Networking:
