Error 231

When connecting to our Terminal Server we are getting a
message that reads "Fax receiver failed to start."
Clicking OK gives us the message "Error Return Code from
CreateNamedPipe = 231". Clicking OK gives us the first
message again, and it goes back and forth. We cannot get
rid of the messages. We did not set up a fax receiver on
our Terminal Server, so I have no idea where this is
coming from. There is no fax listed in the Printers
folder. Any ideas?

Anything in the EventLog?
Have you checked under Services if some sort of Fax Service is
running? If so, can you disable it? Check this as well:
