Error 1920, insufficient privileges

I'm trying to download 3DS Max 8 and keep receiving this error message: "
'RaySat_3dsmax8 Server', (mi_raysat_3dsmax8) failed to start. Verify that
you have sufficient privileges to start system services.

I'm an administrator and pretty sure I've got all the prvilileges I need to
install this program. I'm getting a little stressed out. I'm running XP
2002, SP2. Please help me fix this problem

it didn't work. I couldn't find any of the files in regedit that the
website said to delete. Do you know another way?
