Error 1904 ( again )

While setting up here is what comes up:

Error 1904 Module.
C:\Windows\system32\CGCollection.dll failed to register.
HRESULT -2147220473. Contact your support personel.



I suppose my support personel is anyone who offers to
help me. Well, that's one of the examples. And then later
it says ' Unexpected error, quiting '.

Can anyone help?

Please give more details. The answers to the following questions will help:

1. What version of Windows? And what Service Pack level?

2. What account were you logged in under when the above message appeared?

3. Does that account have Administrator rights?

4. Was any other account also logged in at that time (e.g. after Fast User
Switching)?

5. Had Microsoft AntiSpyware been previously installed on this PC, or was
this the first attempt to install it?

6. If it had been previously installed, under which logon account had it
been installed? Is this the same account that you are now trying to install
under?
