Install Error 1904

During download the following error occured. Any ideas on
resolving this issue.

Error 1904
c:\Program Files\Microsoft Antispyware\GAASPRIVACY
LIB:DLL failed to register HResult-2147220473

message/thread started by Phyllis (Error 101 and error
1904) with a solution to this issue.

And most importantly, when your problem is resolved, let
everyone know!!! Many people put a lot of time and effort
into helping . Let them know what suggestions wºrked.
