Error 1608

hi everyone,

i need help with error 1608.

i was trying to install a program which uses Install Shield, and when
i tried to install it, it freezes when trying to configure Windows
Installer.

I have tried the steps at the Install Shield website.

but nothing works..

and one more thing, does the fact that i cant find DCOM in my Services
mean anything?
