Error 1608

My computer has Windows XP SP2 intalled. I am trying to install the
Microsoft Office XP Standard version 2002 but I get Error 1608 Setup was
unable to locate a qualifying product. Any one has any thoughts about this
problem?

It sounds like the version of Office XP you are trying to install is an
upgrade version. You must have a prior version of Office such as Office 2000
to install an upgrade version.
