Error 1406

While installing some AutoCAD software, several of the files could not be
copied to my computer. The following error message appeared for several files:
Error 1406. Could not write value to key
\Software\Classes\{.............}\ProgID. Verify that you have sufficient
access to the key, or contact support personnel.

What must I do to be able to install this software fully?

Contact their support maybe? They are very likely already aware of the
problem and the resolution, it is unlikely you are the first one to have
this problem with their software, the quickest fix is to talk to the mfg
support people.
