Error 1327. Invalid Drive F:\

I get this error when trying to install programs but I don't have an F
drive. Not sure if this is related but when I try and use my jump drive I
can't see it in My Computer, but it is found and there are no problems with
it in device manager.
Any suggestions?

When you are installing change the path. If your cd is d: then make sure it
is looking on d:
