Error 1327. Invalid Drive F:\

Downloaded AntiSpyware but install fails with subject
message. I have no F:\ and never was offered a chance to
specify where the app was supposed to be installed to.

How can I address this?

Are you sure you do not have a print that has a card reader built in?
This will show up as a drive and it there is no card in it, it would
fail if it tried to read that drive.

Ah, your machine is defaulting to a drive letter most likely created for
memory cards from digital cameras found on a lot of today's printers and no
memory card is currently inserted hence the error. Change the location for
your download to save to and try again.

Here's the fix!

Its a registry problem. Of course you didnt know what you were doing and messed it up. Well this is the answer.

Start-run- regedit

Once your registry editor appears click edit and then search. type in f:\ make sure to only select the box that says data.. To make it easy for you and for me to explain delete everything that it finds. You are only really looking for something that looks like f:\.. with c:\ somewhere in the string but just delete anthing that it finds. then click find next and delete that ect. till it finds nothing else. After that restart your computer and waaalllaa.. Good luck.
