Have Zone Alarm and McAfee. PC is Dell Inspiron 531 running Vista Basic. I'm trying to load Family Tree Maker (I've had this software for years on Dell PC's and older MS operating sysems with no problems) and I keep getting the 1316 error. I've deleted any Family Tree files that I could find in Vista. I've deleted Zone Alarm and tried loading. Can anyone give me a solution?
