Error 101 - HResult INterface not registered...

I am getting an HRESULT of 0x80040155 - "Interface not
registered " when tryng to launch AntiSpyware on WinXP
Pro with SP2. used to work and after
installing/uninstalling some app , it stopped. Some
interface got unregistered and it seems to need. Any help
EXTREMELY appreciated as I realy like this APP !!!

I am adding the error.log file.

I also noticed on the machine that I am getting this on
that I cant set DCOMCNFG or COM+ parameters such as
Authentication, run as... for the component
gcasDtServ.Agents class that I believe is in use by MSAS
application. I think my COM_+ catalog is hosed...

This has something to do with permisions, ensure that you are logged on to
the computer as an Administrator, also, try this:

a.. Open up control panel and double-click on add/remove programs.
Select Microsoft AntiSpyware
Select "Change"
On the Microsoft AntiSpyware Maintenance Wizard, click next.
On the next screen (Microsoft AntiSpyware Maintenance Wizard) select Update
Microsoft AntiSpyware and click next.
Select Install
Let the product update.
Click Finish.
