Just recently, I cannot access video files stored on an
external hard drive. I keep getting the above error
with 'cannot access the file'. can anyone help??
 
Can you access any other file on the ext hard drive? Is it just video files
that you can't access?
This error code is not found at Microsoft.com, is it correstly spelt? Are
you trying to access them the same way as before? Can you move it to the
main hdd by copy and paste or drag and drop?
