error (0x800CCC90)

I keep getting this error when I try to download mail
using Outlook. I can send mail but I get an error when
Outlook is trying to receive mail. Will also say email
sever has reported an internal error.
 
What is the exact text of the error message? This error code indicates an
error on your incoming mail server, not in Outlook.
