Error: 0x8007064c

I get this error message everytime I try to update my Definitions. I go to
Windows Update but I don't see them listed anywhere. I have other updates
listed but nothing for Window Defender. What could cause Windows Update not
to list the Definition Updates for Window Defender?

Did you attempt a manual update from within Defender (Help > About Windows
Defender > Check for Updates)?

Yes, I did and got the same error message.

Did you attempt a manual update from within Defender (Help > About Windows

Only suggestion then is to uninstall Windows Defender, delete the Windows
Defender folder located at c:\Program files\Windows Defender and do a
reinstall and attempt an update again.

I get the same error and no update. I have tried reloading program several
times. Also deleted installer for defender. Nothing worked and now I have
no microsoft spywear program. I have a laptop and that one works fine and
updates correctly. Any ideas?
