Error 0x80070057 in Outlook 2003

Sending email to a specific recipient causes 0x80070057 error. Outlook
2003 on WinXPPro SP2. The strange thing is that it occurs only with
THAT contact.

I've scanned some of the references and found a mention of a product called
"Bells and Whistles" and another reference to MDAC. See this:
