Error 0x8004010f with outlook2002 Sync to Exchange2k

Hey all,

When Exchange2k eMail is synchronized for offline use in
Outlook2002 for WinXPPro, we receive a 0x8004010f error.
We've removed the Outlook Synchro, rebooted laptop and re-
enabled Synchro for Outlook, nevertheless, the problem
still exists.

I've reviewed the Microsoft knowledge base article -
289969. I'm unsure if this is the correct solution for
this problem.

Please advise. Thanks for any help!
