exch 2003 reports error 0x8004010F, offline address book?

When some users hit the send/recieve button they get a task failed error
that says:

Task 'Microsoft Exchange Server' reported error (0X8004010F): 'The operation
failed. An object could not be found.'

The sync issues shows the following error:
14:38:41 Synchronizer Version 11.0.6352

14:38:41 Synchronizing Mailbox 'Higginbotham, David A.'

14:38:41 Synchronizing Hierarchy

14:38:41 Done

14:38:41 Microsoft Exchange offline address book

14:38:41 0X8004010F

How do I fix this?

David, I have the same problem and have yet to find an answer. Did you ever

Jeff, I don't think this fix works if you're using exchange mail server. You
can only have one exchange server at a time, but thanks for these suggestion.
