Error 0x80004005

Hi, I have had a problem with this program. It is finiding a threat during
the full scan it's name is Aureate and it is located in C:\System Volume
Information\_restore{D0172982-7A02-4D7F-AE21-7F978A6DB7DB}\RP285\A0050767.exe->(wise0012)->(CABSfx)->advert.dll

When the program tries to remove it is shows a 0x80004005 unexplained error.
The programis unable to remove this file. Can anyone help?
