Hi

Look at this tutorial from Bleepingcomputer:

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial56.html

"Deleting Restore Points"

Disk Cleanup - Launch the Disk Cleanup tool and then select the more
options tab. On this tab you will find a section for System Restore. If
you press the Clean Up button for that section, Windows will delete all
restore points except for the most recent one.

Turn off System Restore - Just by turning off System Restore all your
restore points will be deleted. Unless you want this to happen, be
careful that you don't mistakenly delete all your restore points by
disabling system restore."

So use Diskcleanup and your problem will disappear.

The main issue here is that the file is inside of an archive (in this case,
a self-extracting CAB file) and we cannot remove the file from within the
archive without deleting the entire archive. This may cause you to lose the
other files inside the container that are not malicious, and that may not be
what you want.

We are aware that handling of archive files needs to be improved, and we are
working on coming up with the best way to deal with this scenario. Your
input is welcome, of course.

If you want to avoid the error for now you can disable scanning inside
archives from the Tools | Options page, the downside of which is, naturally,
that if you have zip files or other archives that contain spyware you won't
be notified about that. You can also simply delete the archive file, either
by navigating to the file and deleting it, or in this case by deleting your
system restore points.

Thanks

-Mike
