Erroneous message to activate Microsoft Office Professional

D

Duds

Since the last automatic update of my software, I get a message that my
software has not been activated. This legally bought Microsoft Office
Professional software has been running happily for many years. When I go into
Outlook to activate the product I am told that it is already activated.

How can I stop this erroneous message appearing?

It might be Office XP?

Which again is nothing to do with WINDOWS XP - another instance of MS giving
different products confusing or similar names...

Are you taking over from Mr Smith (AKA noconsequence among other pseudonyms)
perchance?

Or are you Mr Smith resurected under yet another pseudonym?
