Microsoft office XP Professional activation wizard

I need help. I am unable to activate copy of Microsoft office. Thhe product
is in reduced functionality mode. I am unable to send email it constantly
pops up. Whenever I try to activate wizard, another window opens telling me
that the prodct have already been activated on another computer. How can I
get office out of this mode?

When the window pops up to activate there should be an option to activate by
phone. Use this method.

Sounds like either you've bought a pirate copy or you have installed it on
another machine?

This is my problem as well. There is NO OPTION for phone activation. I did
install Office on another machine.
