erroneous 30 gig file

in a user under docs and settings the folder local
settings has a folder named temporary internet files.

When checking the properties, it says there is 30 gig in
the folder and there is nothing visable. Even when
showing all files and all system files.

Tried norton wipe info and it works like crazy for hours
deleting files and eventually hangs.

HELP :-(
 
Why don't you delete them the preferred way?

Go to start, right click on the Internet Explorer icon at the top left. Go
to internet properties/delete files!
